The Toddler (aka The Kids Table):
2 parts sparkling apple juice
1 part whiskey
The Baron Maker:
1 part Barenjager (traditionally barenfang, a honely liquer)
1 part Maker's Mark bourbon
splash of soda
lemon twist
happy hollowdays!

I recommend 2 parts warmed apple cider (juice'll do in a fix) and 1-2 parts spiced rum for the holidays. That's how I managed a few Michigan winters.
